The validity of this seal is THREE YEARS from the date of this resolution.

The permanence in the registry is voluntary and, consequently, you can request your withdrawal at any time through the

application of the Register of Innovative SMEs in the electronic office.

Against this resolution, which does not put an end to the administrative procedure, an Appeal may be filed before the body

higher within a period of one month from the day following its notification, in accordance with articles 121 and 122 of the

Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
